ArcelorMittal Europe — Flat Products is the largest manufacturer of flat steel in Europe and produces hot-rolled coils, cold-rolled coils, coated products, tinplates and hot-galvanized products as well as galvanized and electrical steels. The automotive industry is the main customer.
Zusammenarbeit
We have been working for ArcelorMittal Europe - Flat Products for almost six years. Our support is focused on positions for the Chief Marketing Officer team in Key Account Management and for the Technical Director team in Customer Technical Support Management. Key account managers for major vehicle manufacturers are responsible for sales of several hundred million per account. The leading teams have a size of up to 10 employees.
Ergebnis der Zusammenarbeit
During this time, we presented 25 candidates, 10 of whom were hired. This made an important contribution to expanding the sales pipeline. In particular, new products can be introduced to the market even more successfully as a result.
