For almost four years now, we have been supporting Tesla Automation in filling these important roles through targeted direct contact. Years of experience in special machine construction with a strong network and systematic database work are the tools of our research team.

After Tesla Automation tried to fill the above position for several months, we received the order. After analyzing the over 80 candidates already mentioned, the number of potential candidates was, of course, significantly limited. The opportunity to find suitable experts in the direct daily commuter sector was also more than limited.

We were still able to select a further 70 candidates and spoke to them by telephone. This resulted in 3 interview processes.

Thanks to a strong understanding of the technological environment at Tesla Automation and many years of experience in evaluating technical competence and human suitability, a targeted selection was made. A candidate was presented to our customer in several rounds of interviews and was finally hired. Despite the difficult initial conditions, the project was completed after just over 4 months. Job holder and Tesla Automation have now been working together successfully for over two years.
